"Hannah is a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate co-advised by Dr. Andrew Kennedy and Dr. Joannes Westerink in the Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Earth Sciences Department. She is interested in linking coastal boulder transport and deposition to storm and tsunami wave regimes. She has conducted a three-year field experiment in Western Ireland, directly linking storm waves to boulder transport on the Aran Islands and building a global database of coastal boulder deposits. On campus, Hannah has previously been involved in the Graduate Society of Women Engineers, but she now is a FYETAP (First Year Engineering) instructor for the College of Engineering."
