I am interested in the philosophies of science and nature developed by the German Idealists, particularly Kant and Schelling. I am also interested more broadly in Romantic-era perspectives on nature. And most recently I have been dipping my toes in the philosophy behind complex systems and ecology. Recreationally, I enjoy writing fiction, playing music, rock climbing, and watching movies.
