In my work, I study the history and development of economics from the perspectives of history and philosophy of science. I am particularly interested in the tradition of historical epistemology and French epistemology more generally. My current research centers around history of inflation and general price increases in the early modern Europe; specifically, I would like to understand how attempts to conceptualize general price increases can be seen as part of the broader transformations in scientific thought that occurred in early modern Europe.
