Each year Notre Dame’s Reilly Center for Science, Technology, and Values releases a Top 10 List of Ethical Dilemmas and Policy Issues in Science and Technology. The list is designed to get non-experts to think about the implications of everything from neuroenhancement to lethal cyber weapons.
