Bielefeld-Notre Dame Exchange Program
The Reilly Center, the History and Philosophy of Science Graduate Program, and Notre Dame’s Department of Philosophy are partners in a thriving exchange program with kindred units at the University of Bielefeld in Germany, including Bielefeld’s Department of Philosophy and its Institute for Science and Technology Research.
International Society for Military Ethics (ISME)
ISME is an organization of military professionals, academics, and others formed to discuss ethical issues relevant to the military. ISME’s annual meetings are held in October on the Notre Dame campus.
Consortium for Emerging Technologies, Military Operations, and National Security (CETMONS)
CETMONS brings together academic, military, and governmental personnel to broach ethical, legal, social, and policy issues of emerging military technologies.
