The university today inhabits a social ecosystem that is knowledge saturated and obsessed with accountability. Though this obviously poses threats to philosophy and the humanities, it also presents huge opportunities.  Seizing these opportunities, however, will require us to reform our institutions. Making philosophy into a discipline was the original sin of twentieth century philosophy. Un-disciplining it shall be the redemptive work of the twenty-first century. I'll lay out a blueprint for a new kind of scholarship, one that co-produces meaning with various publics rather than chugs out knowledge in a vacuum.
